Yes. To send, receive, or request money in m10, you must complete KYC verification. This helps secure your account and ensures compliance with regulations.

Are there any limits and commissions for wallet-to-wallet transfers?

Wallet-to-wallet transfers are free of commission.

Can I send money to someone who doesn’t have an m10 wallet, using only their phone number?

Yes. You can send money using the recipient’s phone number. If they don’t have an m10 wallet yet, they’ll receive an SMS with instructions to register and claim the transfer.

Are there any limits or fees for wallet-to-card transfers?

Wallet-to-card transfers are subject to limits and a small fee. If your transfers exceed 5000₼, a 0.5% fee of the amount applies. The minimum fee is 1 ₼.

How many times and to how many people can I send a money request?

You can send up to 20 money requests per day and include up to 20 people in a single request.
